The Center provides three levels of technical assistance on the topic of restructuring. Level 1:  The Center’s Handbook on Restructuring and Substantial School Improvement is available for download from the Center’s website. Level 2: The Center provides planning support and expert presenters for regional center events that include the topic of restructuring. Level 3: The Center coordinates the planning and provides the presenters and content for a two-day Restructuring Retreat with regional comprehensive centers and personnel from their states’ departments of education.
