Step 2:  Choose a report type from the three topical categories.
Step 3:  Select report sections to view for this type of report:
 

Step 4:  Select a file type. By default, the report is generated as a PDF, but you may also choose a Word document or Excel. The Excel version reports only quantitative data.

Step 5:  Select Preview and you will be given the choice of opening the document for viewing or saving it to your computer.
